Over three months, we’ll work together to overcome your main struggles with healthy eating, establishing positive goals and defining a path to achieve them.

How it works:

There will be three Skype calls, 60 minute each, over a period of three months.

– Before the 1st call, you’ll fill out a questionnaire to assess your feelings about food, your needs, goals and (eventual) limitations.
– The first call will be a free-form conversation focused on the topics identified in the questionnaire.
– After the call you’ll get:
1. A written report of the call.
2. A customized three-day menu.
3. Useful tips on planning and cooking.
4. A customized shopping list for your own “Breakfast Corner” and “Dinner Corner.”
5. A tutorial on my favorite two easy techniques for healthy cooking

– Before the 2nd call: you’ll prepare a list of issues to address on the next call and send it to me 48 hours in advance.
– During the 2nd call we will address your listed issues and also ways to move forward in your eating and cooking.
– After the call you’ll get:
1. A written report of the call.
2. A new customized three-day menu.
3. Two new ingredients to try and ideas on how to prepare and cook them.

– Before the 3rd call: you’ll prepare a list of issues to address on the next call and send it to me 48 hours in advance.
– During the 3rd call we will address your listed issues, celebrate your journey and also define ways to move forward in your eating and cooking.
– After the call you’ll get:
1. A written report of the call.
2. A new customized three-day menu.
3. Two new ingredients to try and ideas on how to prepare and cook them.
4. A parting gift – tips and tricks to make your new habits sustainable in the long run.

This is for you if:

– You want to make profound changes in your cooking techniques to protect your general health;
– You want to learn how to add variety to your ingredient choice;
– You want to learn how to cook for your nutritionist-prescribed diet or meal plan;
– You want to learn how to accommodate a food intolerance into your daily eating;

This is not for you if:

– You’re looking for a quick ‘miracle’ weight loss recipe;
– You’re not willing to explore different ingredients and ways of eating;
– You’re not willing to cook at home (or have someone to cook for you);
– You’re not committed to doing the work to make sustainable changes.

And, after working with me for three months, you should be able to let go of prejudice and ingrained beliefs like:
