I do love mornings and I do love breakfast. I always have.
It’s the start of a new day, full of promises and beautiful light. I’m awake, full of energy and optimistic about all sorts of plans and dreams that will come true.
Laugh at will … this is exactly my head in the morning. What can I do, I’m a morning person!
And sitting with the perfect coffee or tea, toast, and a good magazine … oh, well, heaven on Earth!
So, it won’t be a surprise if I tell you I belong to the “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” club.
Morning routines … What’s yours?
For me, it is. My breakfast ritual is my most relevant morning habit and it helps set the tone for the rest of the day.
I encourage you to start thinking about it this way too. Each day breakfast is the first chance you get of feeding your body and soul – food, mood, and even a bit of creativity and information.
And, as this is a food-related podcast, it has to start with the food.
