I know exactly how you feel: I have spent years fighting against my body, eating too little to lose weight, and overwhelmed with stress. Only when my health gave me the red flag did I realize that everything I did was wrong. And I had to learn to live differently, despite all the challenges associated with a demanding career.
I don’t want you to get to this extreme. I want you to make the changes you know you need, step by step without burdening your busy schedule. And I want you to always feel at your best, because you deserve it. As a health coach, I’m here to help you.
